Welcome to your CAL Property Management managed home.
We want your time renting through us to be a pleasant and enjoyable experience. To that end, we are pleased to offer responsive tenant services combined with technology.
Tenants are encouraged to activate their Tenant Portal. This portal allows you to schedule, pay and track your rent payments securely online from any internet connected device. While we work hard to maintain our properties, routine property issues will occur. When you have something small like a leaky faucet or running toilet, please submit it to us through our online system. We will prioritize and resolve the problem promptly. If you should experience an emergency where property or resident safety is at risk, contact us immediately.

The Salinas area offers an exceptional quality of life with art galleries and live theaters. A wide range of inviting restaurants in the downtown area often feature live music. The Salinas area also is home to:
